ASHLEY GIVRAY
Ashley received her undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center graduating with a degree in Physical Therapy with Special Distinction. After practicing for several years as a licensed physical therapist, Ashley went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law.
During her time in law school , Ashley received awards for Outstanding First and Third Year Law Student, and was the only law student from Oklahoma to ever serve as an Office of the Secretary of Defense Honors Legal Intern in Washington, D.C. Ashley has also served as a judicial intern for the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals, the District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
After graduating as valedictorian of her law school class, Ashley went on to practice in the field of medical malpractice defense representing one of Oklahoma’s largest healthcare systems. Since taking time to actively raise her family, she has continued to practice in a variety of areas involving both litigation and business transactions. Through her freelance legal practice, Ashley has also assisted attorneys in several jurisdictions with an extensive range of projects.
Ashley joined Robinett, Swartz, & Duren in 2023. Her current practice focuses on providing legal analysis, research, and writing for the Firm’s individual and corporate clientele. Her past experience makes Ashley uniquely qualified to cover a range of litigated cases and business matters.
