Tracy W. Robinett was born in 1964 and raised in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He attended the University of Oklahoma, where he earned his degree in Bachelor of Business Administration in 1986. From there, he attended the University of Tulsa College of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in 1989.

For over 25 years, Mr. Robinett has litigated, arbitrated, conducted jury and non-jury trials, and handled the appellate work in a variety of commercial disputes involving bad faith insurance claims; business and general torts; contracts; construction; employment; intellectual property; products liability; and real property. He currently serves as Oklahoma counsel to a number of nationally recognized corporations that conduct business in Tulsa and Oklahoma City. Locally, he represents a multitude of small to medium sized companies and handles the wide variety of litigation and transactional business issues that those clients encounter on a routine basis.

Mr. Robinett has served on a variety of charitable and bar association committees and boards. Currently, he serves on the Administrative Board for the Boston Avenue United Methodist Church, as well as the University of Oklahoma - Tulsa Advisory Council. He is a frequent lecturer for trade associations such as the Air Conditioning Contractors of Oklahoma and Plumbing Contractors of Eastern Oklahoma. He was inducted as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, which is composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. He is annually selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America, as well as Top Oklahoma Lawyers (Oklahoma Super Lawyers®). He also maintains an AV® Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating, which is a testament to the fact that his peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence in both ethical standards and legal ability. Mr. Robinett is licensed to practice before the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma.
